Rebecca M. Salwin is an ethics lawyer at Legal Little, LLLC, practicing in Hawaii and Oregon. She is focused on state bar defense, advising attorneys on the rules of professional responsibility, and risk mitigation. Before stepping into this role, she worked on the regulatory side of disciplinary cases in Oregon and as the Deputy Chief Disciplinary Counsel in Hawaii.

Prior to ethics work, Rebecca served as a federal law clerk to the Honorable Richard L. Puglisi as well as the Honorable Bruce D. Black. She began her career providing criminal defense to indigent clients both as an appellate attorney and felony trial attorney with the New Mexico public defender's office. She is a 2011 graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School.
